Guest guest
Dear Members, This is no doubt a very general question. How significant is the Sarvashtakavarga bindus when judging a horoscope? For example, could a powerful Gaja Keisari yoga overpower a very weak house in terms of bindus? Best regards, Harsha
Guest guest
Dear Harsha, Ashtakavarga system of prediction is another method of arriving at predictions with its own set of rules, its method of finding strengths of planets is dependent on the Shubha Bindus. So you use the parameter of Ashtakavarga or that of natal and divisional charts and Yogas. Mixing the two would lead you astray. Both B.V. raman and , if I am not wrong, K.N. Rao have written some good books explaining the principles in detail. Study them if you want to learn prediction based on Ashtakavarga. BPHS also has a Chapter on ashtakavarga.
