During most of that period, the Ascendant was in Virgo. I erected this chart for noon on that day, which puts the Ascendant in Hasta, which seems right to me. What strikes me here is the prominence of the great mother. the ascendant is in the Moon's nakshatra, and in Kanya, and the killer is definitely this eighth-house moon in Bharani dispositing the Guru and Vishnu in Aslesha, and Sun in Pushya to the 8th house. The tithi, Krishna Navami, is also ruled by Durga. This entire Hussein family certainly must be offensive to Shri. I believe that the Navamsha in this kind of a reading is about the informers. The ascendant has gone to Cancer, indicating personal identification with this clandestine and serpentine activity of Vishnu and the Guru in Aslesha in the Rasi, and the psychological penetration of Ketu in Cancer in the first house in the Navamsha. That there was money involved is indicated by sun swakshetra in the second in the Navamsha. The lethality of their prey is indicated by Saturn, Mercury (ruling 7 and 3), and Rahu in the seventh, and Mars in the eighth, in the Navamsha. I think that transiting Guru and Vishnu in Aslesha have been doing a good job of smoking the bad stuff out of Iraq on this pass. I think that there will be further revelations and purges in Iraq while the Guru continues to transit Aslesha until the end of this month, and while the Sun transits it in the first two weeks of August.
