Dear Dhira,

Chandra is the lord of 2nd and is placed in Lagna with Mandi. The 2nd house

contains A6. The 2nd house is subject to the aspect of Mars and Sun.

Sun is placed in 2nd house with respect to Buda the karaka of voice. The lord

of 2nd from Buda is Sani and is placed in watery Pisces with watery planet

venus and Rahu.
