Learned Gurus...Remedy for neck and back pain....

Dear Gurus,

 

Pranam!!!

 

I have a herniated disc in neck and back, causing pain in both the

places. Can anyone please let me know the remedy, and whom should I

please to get relief from neck and back pain. Right now I'm in the

last 2.5 years of sadesathi. Could that be a reason for these pains?
