Child can not speak - Chandershekar ji, Visti ji, All Gurujis please advice

Dear Ramesh,

 

Thank you for your kind and comforting reply. D1 and D9 do not have

any significant afflictions to second house. But if we look from Moon

Sign, both Mars and Saturn are aspecting second house from moon. Mars

is lord of 6th and 11th, and saturn is lord of 8th ( and 9th). Saturn

is placed in 12th from Moon, and Mars is placed in 7th from Moon - a

Marak sign.

 

Thus second from Moon is aspected by lord of 6th and 8th, by Malifics

Mars from 7th, and Malific Saturn from 12th.

 

The Lord of second from Moon is placed in 12th from second (1st

house), in conjunction from Rahu, and being aspected by Mars and

Ketu.

 

The second from Moon is occupied by Venus - lord of 12th (and 5th).

The house itself is sandwitched between Rahu and Sun.

 

These are serious afflications to second house from Moon and its

lord .

 

Now the question Chandershekar ji, Visti ji, and all other Gurujis

how to balance this with respect to Lagna and Navamsh - where the

second house and its lord is much better placed.

 

Currently, the child is running Rahu Dasha and Saturn Antra Dasha.

This will end in August 2004. Will the situation improve after this?
