Dear Chandraasekhar ji

You are mistaking Khara (Chief of border forces of Ravana’s army) with the

Bädhaka. Khara’s army consists of various generals including the lords of the

22nd Drekkana and the 64th Navamsa. These armies of demons are very adept at

bringing misfortunes (D9) and troubles in the mind and consequently work (D3).

The Kharesha of the D3 is adept at destroying your prayers, yagnas, studies,

and all the good karma you plan to do. He can cause serious ill health. In

addition to its great blessing of being AK and ensuring that during its 19

years dasa all my dreams would be dashed, Saturn (in addition to Rahu) has

taken this role of Kharesha in my D3 chart as well. People often overlook these

generals of Khara’s army and their predictions go for a six as they cannot

imagine from where the trouble to their good karma came. Even in my D9 chart,

the Kharesha is again Saturn & Rahu (for Aquarius). Thus, these demons shall

always try their level best to disrupt my work and heap misfortunes. There is

only one remedy for this. Everytime a person says the holy name ‘Rama’ even by

mistake, a mystical arrow is released from the Kodanda (Sagittarius) that

destroys one demon in Khara’s army. So, if you keep repeating ‘Jaya Ram Sri Ram

Jaya Jaya Ram’ or just ‘Ram, Ram, Ram…’ constantly, Khara and his whole army

will fall to the Rama bana (arrows of Rama).

Why only fixed and movable, even for dual signs, the bädhaka rasi is one that

aspects the lagna. In fact the bädhaka rasi must aspect the lagna. How else can

it cause badha (obstruction). It is agantuka because you cannot know from where

it came i.e. it is not physically visible or knowable except by Brihaspati

(Guru Kripa). I will explain the theory and principle of the bädhaka, how it is

calculated under what principles, how it is known etc in the west coast and

cannot type out the same now…but the above should give you valuable hints.

Understanding Mantreswara requires a deeper thinking than what normally astrologers do.

Dear Sanjayji and other learned members,

A lot has been said on Bashakesh , but if I remember right, does he also not

have to be lord of 22nd Dreshkana or 64th Navamsha? I think Mantreshwara has

said so in Phaladeepika.

Even applying logic (Viveka) does not it seem strange that for Chara Lagna lord

of a house aspected by the Ascendant rasi and for the Sthir Lagna Lord of Trine

would would cause badha on an empirical bassis ?

In case of former we may extend the logic of the Badhakesh being lord of 11th

and so Marakesh to a lesser degree and for Dual signs he automatically gets

Kendradhipati Dosha + Marakesh status but how we explain this about later of

the two o.e. trinal lord?

Dear Sanjayji, Sarajit, Ramdasji,

 

Even my badhakesh is sitting with the 9th lord, but in the 3rd house. Does this

also mean that I have forgotten the worship of my deity? Incidentally, how do

you qualify forgetting deity worship? Somebody you have worshipped for the

first 40 years of your life and then stopped? If so, how do you, as an

astrologer, determine which deity? In this case, my badhakesh is also my AK.

Does this mean a lesson is being taught through such forgetfulness?

Now what happens if the badhakesh is sitting with the 9th lord in the 9th house.

Lets take my case, Sagittarius lagna, where the badhakesh is placed in the 9th

house Vargottama (the badha will not go easily) with the 9th lord. Even this

shows that I have forgotten worshipping my deity. Here the badhakesh has

involved in dharmakarmadipati yoga also. How to analyse this situation?.

 

I guess this is a special condition, where the badhakesh stone is prescribed

when the badhakesh becomes a yogakaraka and sits in its own house (anyone).

Otherwise, I understand that the stone for badhakesh is never prescribed.

However, please tell me why the obstruction of the badhakesh doesnot increase

if the stone is worn under such conditions?

 

I am attaching the chart for your perusal. One more thing, after I wore ruby as

suggested by Gurudev, my career has improved considerably.

Dear Ramdas Rao ji

I support this statement and observation.

 

For a Vrisab lagna with yogakaraka saturn in the ninth house, there were too

many obstacles during saturn dasa. The use of the blue sapphire has done

miracles of sorts.

 

The point here, as well as in your sons chart is that the yogakaraka planet

preferred to sit in the ninth house in the badhak sthana. In such a case, the

badhaka planet indicates that the native has stopped worshipping the deity he

used to worship and is thus receiving obstruction. In simple words it means,

God/guru (9th lord) is going to do a lot of good for you (sitting in 9th house)

but is disappointed that you are ignoring Him. Wearing the gemstone is the first

step and the results begin to flow. This is the best remedy for any person

having the ninth lord in badhak house - wear the gemstone immediately and then

the mantras wil start coming.

 

I too have this combination and never wore the red coral inspite of many people

telling me. My answer used to be I don't care about wealth (Mars is 2nd lord)

and fortune (9th lord). I have Hamsa yoga and Jagannath will look after me. I

have learnt that this was just my own ahamkara and that I should humbly submit

to gurus and elders when they say something wise.

If Shani is placed in 9th itself,then his badhaka results are nullified.Now for

example ,in my son's chart Kumbha Lagna,Shukra the Yogakaraka is in 9th in his

Moolatrikona Stana in Tula.Last year he was complainig about not getting good

marks in his MBA,so I put a Diamond ring for him when Shukra was getting

exalted last year ( I think at that time we were in Vaishno Devi ),Now in this

final exam.he passed 1st class and just today I got the information that he

passed 2 interviews for 2 good companies in Bangalore.But the Dasa running is

Ketu.

So if Yogakaraka planet becomes badhaka and placed in his own house in Rasi or

Navamsha ,one can wear the stone belong to that planet.

as per your chart,you can use Ruby as Lagna lord Surya is exalted.He is placed

in 9th from Lagna and so it helps you in all matters of your life including
