Is childlessness determined solely by the positions of jupiter and sun in the chart or are there other influencing factors? Attached below is a file containing birth details of a cousin in the USA who has not yet conceived because her husband is suffering from diabetes.Does her chart show denial of motherhood?If not,what are the remedial measures to be undertaken? Just wondering aloud--A recent Times of India article highlighted the increase of childless couples approaching a famous Bangalore infertility clinic for treatment and most of them were found to be from the software field(either spouse)!Any astrological connection? This shows the problems in fertility of the husband, as well as sexual restraint on his part. As Mercury does not associate, theres still good potential for conception. In the D7, Moon is Marakesh for children (10th lord) and is placed in the 8th house with Venus, indicating Jala Dosha, which causes problems in fertility, hence the reading is confirmed from both Rasi and Saptamsa. Some other notable placement is Jupiter retrograde in the 8th house, and the 5th lord is Atmakaraka - Saturn. Thanks a lot for the link about the childlessness article in The Hindu.I have a deep belief in ayurveda myself,but the person in question,my cousin who is in the USA ,sees ayurveda as some kind of quack medicine and get some help from western doctors.I 'll have to convince the couple about ayurveda and it's efficacy. Thank you very much for the valuable advice regarding childlessness and the remedial measures.I shall try to pass on your advice to the couple,but being upwardly mobile,I doubt if they believe in the importance of planet's influence on their lives.All I can do is pray for them.And keep your advice for the future,in case they change their mind.
