Guest guest
---Om Brihaspataye Namah--- Analysis of the case of twins-Ragini Dear Ragini, Based on the info provided by you, I will attempt to analyse this interesting case. As a starting point, we can examine the following charts:- Rasi – indication of physical self D-9 – to assess the strength of the planets D-6 – to assess the health of the individual D-24 – to assess the level of education. Nomenclature: Twin1 refers to the first and mentally retarded of the twin while Twin2 refers to the second of the twin. Rasi:- Ascendant of Twin1 is placed in Ashlesha ruled by Ra while that for twin2 is placed in Punarvasu ruled by Ju. Basic unhappiness at home is indicated by the Ra/Ke axis placed in the 10/4 houses respectively but owing due to the placement of the ascendant, the tensions at home is experienced to a greater degree by twin1. Ra is furthermore in the nakshatra of Ke! Navamsa:- Twin1's ascendant is vargottama and Ra sits in first house thus confirming the basic trend shown by rasi. OTOH, twin2's ascendant is in Sag, ruled by Ju. D-6:- The karaka for mind, Mo is in the D-6 lagna showing an essentially intelligent mind but the A6 here has both Ra and Ke showing that the individual may be perceived as mentally retarded! The 6th house can also show mental afflictions. OTOH, A6 for twin 2 has Me in moolatrikona showing that the native is perceived to be intelligent. D-24:- I am confused here! 4th lord is Ma for twin1 and is hemmed by the nodes, joined with 5th and 8th lord, Ju. For twin2, 4th and 7th lord Ju is along with the nodes and 8th lord Ma. The difference here is 5th lord Sa in ascendant along with Mo showing a studious person. Lifespan:- Here it can be observed that twins tend to finish their lives around the same time and under similar circumstances. Since Mo is in 7th house, as per Narasimhas book, preference should be given to Mo+Sa pair (since the method of three pairs give three different results). Thus short life is indicated (0-36 years). Please point out mistakes, which I am sure is plenty! Saluting the knowledge and wisdom of the gurus on this list, I remain in humility Yours truly, Hari
