Therefore I would like to ask humbly for your advice. A 43 year old woman has approached me some time ago with the question on how to appease her mind and God for an abortion she has done about 1 year ago. We came, in a long talk, to the conclusion that taking up yoga exercises and chanting the mantra Om Namaha Shivaya, do meditation daily and pray to God would help to work with this load. Important was to make her understand that God will forgive us only if we forgive ourselves. She has taken up all exercises with extreme care and slowly it seemed as if she could find some peace of mind. Now she has approached me 2 days ago to let me know that she is pregnant again and was scared to death to go through this decision again. Her Husband/Partner does not want the child and is opposing it drastically. He had an operation done in January and now wants to sue the doctor. Their relation is anyway not extremely stable and a 3rd child brings a big conflict between them. She feels blessed to have the chance to do better this time but on the other side faces a single life with 3 children and no money. The lady has a quite difficult chart with 5 planets in the second house. Chart attached. Female, 24/08/1960, 04:10:00, DST/WT 0, Basel (Bale), , Switzerland, Time Zone 1.00, Lat. 47 N 33, Long. 7 E 35, Tithi-2nd Tithi-Dvitiya of Waxing Moon Looking at the Vishottari Dasa we see that she has entered into JU-SA-SA-SA with commencement of this pregnancy. SA retrograde in the 6th house as Lord of 7 and 8 does not indicate a great next future. Even though SA is in the same house with Jupiter both are aspected by MA and RA. JU himself is also tinted by its rulership of the 6th house. SA occupies in the Saptamsha chart the 12th house indicating loss and spiritual lessons to be learned. and Jupiter lords and occupies the 8th house. She is starting her second cycle of Sadhesati on the 09.May.2004. shortly after the birth of the child which means that there is great suffering to come. What is my duty? What should I suggest? I know that abortion is killing and is tabou. But is it my right to judge and say so? Live at a higher level of consciousness to gain the support of nature in all of her endeavors. Ask her to live it up and have the child.
