Guest guest
Dear All, I invite ur views/comments on the following: 1) does having a retrogate planet bad? for good planet and/or lord of good houses, it reduces/destroys it's good effects/significations? for bad planet and/or lord of bad house, it increases malefic effect? 2) secondly about the aspect of the retrogate planet - whether it should be counted 30 degress ahead of the point or 30 degrees behind of the point? whether for natal chart & for transitory positions thre retrogate planet gives same effect? looking forward for the comments. thanks & regards Rajas
Guest guest
Dear Rajas, My comments under yours... - "astrorajas" <astrorajas <vedic astrology> Wednesday, May 28, 2003 1:58 PM [vedic astrology] retrogate planet > Dear All, > I invite ur views/comments on the following: > 1) does having a retrogate planet bad? for good planet and/or lord of > good houses, it reduces/destroys it's good effects/significations? > for bad planet and/or lord of bad house, it increases malefic effect? To capture the essence in brief, remember this -- the realization (or should I say actualization?) of a retro planet comes later than normal. Which may be one of the reasons why retros are regarded as curses; they don't give their effects without calling for a greater-than-normal effort from the native. > 2) secondly about the aspect of the retrogate planet - whether it > should be counted 30 degress ahead of the point or 30 degrees behind > of the point? State 1 analogy for why you think it should be behind. I can give you 50 for why the aspect remains unaffected. You first > whether for natal chart & for transitory positions thre retrogate > planet gives same effect? The effects of a retro planet in gochara (transit) are quite intriguing. I've heard true-life experiences aplenty of how certain things suddenly start going awry when a planet starts going retro. > looking forward for the comments. > > thanks & regards > > Rajas Warm regards, Ramapriya hubli Warm regards, Ramapriya hubli
