I have done some rectification here. i think the tob should be around

4 16 Pm.

 

The basis is dasamsa lagna, Moon as 10th lord in 10th in watery sign.

He is in a government service.

In Navamsa rahu and venus are in 7th indicating marriage related

tensions,

 

Lets look at rasi first, Ul is in sagittarius, and rahu is in 2nd

from UL, suggesting doubts and differences in the couple,

The 2nd lord from UL is saturn and is placed in 12th house in navamsa.

Thus the marriage was not bound to last long.

7th lord in navamsa is mars and is in 8th house. so brekage is

indicated here also,

Moon and mercury together in 8th from Ul is another reason for

misunderstandings.

 

If we analyse just by venus and jupiter there would be little clues.
