Shiva Yoga & Shakti Yoga

Hello folks:

 

Basically, if there are more planets associated with sun+ketu is it

still Shakti Yoga ? ex: sun+ketu+venus or rahu+moon+mercury in a

sign.

 

Secondly, what does shakti yoga mean in different divisional charts

(like in D-10 ) ?
