Much would depend on recording of time.Otherwise the Lagna would become Taurus. Even otherwise, Mrs associating with Venus Ketu in 11th would, to me, not indicate tapaswi Yoga. Again Jupiter(assuming the lagna to be correct) is also the lord of 9th and bhagyesh so his placement in 4th would not mecessarily harm the sukha though by his very nature some problems to house property might be indicated. Mercury retrograde in 12th is lord of the 6th in 12th creating a sort of VRY. The result of the planetary placement ,to me, would indicate trouble to left eye and may be throat.
