The black mole on the mount of Moon in right hand indicates as you said problems

form water or water born disease.But it also indicates nervousness.It has

disappeared after your exams. and this indicates you are too much nervous

during your exam.time.Also check in your chart,during these 10 days of

time,moon getting aspect from Mercury or Moon in Mercury's Nakshatra most of

the time.
