I have no desire to incur the sin of having created a forum where the great saints of India are being maligned. I am making a last and final request to all the members who have offended the shaivites by calling names to Adi Sankara and offended the vasihnava who have called names to Prabhupada, be it directly or indirectly to offer a simple statement - 'If I have offended anyone with my views on Shiva/Vishnu, forgiveness is solicited'. If this is difficult or impossible for your ahamkara to handle this, please leave us in peace. I have already made my statement yesterday and reiterate it - "If I have offended any Vaishnava or Shaiva, your forgiveness is humbly solicited. If you can point the offensive statement, I will send an apology personally to you." If you all think I am asking for too much, then I think I must go. If I do not see any action from anyone before sunset tomorrow, I am gone for good. Then treat this letter as a final good bye and all my conferences etc. stand cancelled. Just today I felt like sending you an apology for the discussion we had recently, and today I read your letter asking everyone to send an apology to each other. I hereby apologise for my blunt behavior in misunderstanding the importance of siksha and diksha guru, and agree that the lists should be used for discussing jyotish only, without going into our own beliefs and disbeliefs. To me you seem the best jyotisha I know so far, and I don't want to live with the idea of offending you. I had an idea of why these things happened to me, if you noted that Saturn, my natal AK, was transiting over the 8th lord in the 8th from the house of learning, the 5th house. That plus the fiery aspect of Mars on Jupiter must have been heating up the discussions. Usually in day to day life, I'm a very quiet person, but the e-mail makes it all very impersonal. If the person was standing right in front of us, would we have reacted in the same way as when we are sitting behind our computer and typing up something?
