I am in great dilemma ..please show me the light... Sir...I am B.E. in electronics and telecommunication ...PG diploma in VLSI...Got job on 4th september 2002 in embedded systems in a newly formed company with a group of 7 people... After working for 5 months till january my boss said that we have gone for a merger with a Chennai firm and have to shift our base to the same by april this year...It is a lucrative offer as we'll get good salary and prospects ..till then employers will not be given the salary...everybody accepted it happily... It has been 3 months for me ...as he ays "assignment got delayed...exact time even I don't know"...I am not eligible to apply to any other good company as i have experience of only 6 months... Please guide me ..whether should I have faith in him and wait for the call...or should I consider the deal as an end and start something of my own in research,development and education... I am very enthusiastic about the 2nd option...but for some 1.5 yrs or so I don't want to leave the company...I cannot argue with him as ball is in his court....
