Guest guest
Dear visti, Here I’ve attached a chart of one of my close friends, who has lagna, hora lagna , moon, Saturn, lagna lord all in fixed signs. When I calculated his longevity, it was short. His jupitor is badly afflicted with 3 malefics, which shows a curse of previous birth. 3malefics in quadrant also make sarpa yoga. There is privartana between 6& 10. Can there be any saving factor in this case? Can u please suggest any remedy for him? In general , where should we look for a savior in such cases & how do we know whether the person can be saved or not? Guest guest
Om Sri Gurave namah Dear Prashant What ayanamsa are you using? With Lahiri I get the Moon in Cancer and Saturn in Leo...thats long life Lagnesha and astamesha give short life Lagna and HL give short life. Check the accuracy of the birth time with past events and then try to finalise the birth time as the HL can be very sensitive. Have you tried the method of three lords? Remember no single method has so far yeilded 100% accurate results and God holds this string with strong hands..not yeilding to human calculations so easily. Guest guest
SARVAM GYANANANDAMAYAM JAGAT AUM GURUBYO NAMAH Dear Sanjay, Namaste. i am attaching a chart(male) herewith. i have a question. How much contribution in terms of number of years a planet which has caused some important yogas like gajakesari yoga, Hamsa yoga can make towards life span especially when the chart spells short life? The chart under consideration has Guru in fourth in Pisces and is in 10th from Moon thereby causing the two most important yogas viz. Hamsa & Gajakesari yogas. It has Sani in 8th which also helps in increase of longevity. Also Guru aspects the 8th house(griha drishti) and ayush karaka Sani and 8th lord Moon by way of rasi drishti. The following factors in the chart compels one to think that the native is destined for a short span of life only: 1. Lagna Lord and 8th lord are in dual signs. This combinations hints at middle life. 2.Lagna and Hora lagna are in dual and movable signs respectively. This combination hints at short life. 3.Moon and Sani in dual and Movable signs respectively. This combination hints at short life. Atmakaraka is Rahu who is placed in 12th house. There is no yoga vipareetham. Also the 7th house is placed betwixt malefics. As regards paka lagna, paka lagna karaka and AL there is bandana yoga caused by Sani and Rahu and venus is placed in 6th house. Also the present shoola dasa is that of Virgo which aspects AL. My question is what will be the contribution of Guru( who has caused the two most important yogas mentioned above) towards longevity, especially when he has a curse from a Mars who is posited in badhaka sthana? Kindly throw some light please. Astrologically yours, psramanrayanan Got a wish? Make it come true Best personal loans! Guest guest
SARVAM GYANANANDAMAYAM JAGAT AUM GURUBYO NAMAH Dear Sanjay, Namaste. Thankyou for your quick response. i understand from your book Upadesa Sutras page no.164 (b) INCREASE IN LONGEVITY COMPARTMENT IS CAUSED BY THE STRONG POSITION OF UNAFFLICTED JUPITER IN THE ASCENDANT OR THE SEVENTH HOUSE. Here in the said case Guru is not placed in the Ascendant or the Seventh house but aspects both the houses. i wanted to know whether Guru is inclined to help the individual. i took it this way. Suppose you don't answer the question then the individual has to try hard to get the blessings of the Lord Sriman Narayana. Suppose you answer the question then the intention of Guru placed in the fourth to help the native would be clear and that the lord is ready to help the native just for a mere call(invocation). Now that you have replied i have no doubts - the boy would be saved. Thirukadaiyur is a small place in Tamilnadu you may be aware, where Yama was put to death by Lord Shiva for the benefit of Markandeya. Markandeya remained ever at the age of 16 and the lord was called as Kaalasamharamoorthy. It is in the same place Mother Abhirami converted the thithi of amavasya to pournima for the sake of her devotee who was affectionately called as Abhirami Bhattar. This Thirukadaiyur is therefore famous for these two important events and is remembered as a place where the Thithi and Vidhi can be changed through faith and devotion to Lord. For this extreme compassion/concern shown by you through this mail, i pray the Lord Kaalasamharamoorthy and Mother Abhirami to shower their blessings on you. Thankyou once again. Guest guest
OM ---------- Pranam Guruji, I have a related question, though not related to longevity. It is a known principle that jupiter ( or any benefic ) when placed in the 8th house from the house it owns and is exalted, the house tends to get destroyed. If Jupiter as owner of AL, is in the 8th house from AL and is exalted, does the planet cause destruction of AL, thereby diminishes the status and image of the native in the society? Guest guest
Sorry for asking basic questions. Guest guest
Jaya JagannathDear Anna, Your Jupiter is very well placed in Pisces in AL and hence it shall override the circumstances shown by Mars in the 8th from AL aspected by the nodes and also the 3rd form AL is aspected by Sun and Mars. So this Jupiter shall be very good for you and override the circumstances of death. About the Kakshya Vriddhi and Hrasa, it is difficult to ascertain without working out many cases, how it works. Kakshya vriddhi is a sure shot case of increase of longevity due to the blessings of bhagavan. Not all are so blessed in these material world as this requires very high ideals and righteous lifestyle. I guess Gurudev shall help us in showing how it works. We might know all the combinations for the vriddhi and hrasas, however, cannot apply is properly if we donot have enough experience and more than that guru krpa... thats the area of longevity. Guest guest
Kakshya Vriddhi and Hrasa I will learn when I grow up, right? Anna Sarajit Poddar <sarajit (AT) (DOT) org> wrote: Jaya JagannathDear Anna, Your Jupiter is very well placed in Pisces in AL and hence it shall override the circumstances shown by Mars in the 8th from AL aspected by the nodes and also the 3rd form AL is aspected by Sun and Mars. What I understand is that strong Ju can annihilate causes of death as indicated by 3rd and 8th from AL- I guess in a positive way. let me give my ex: AL Pisces with Jupiter; Mars in 8th- unnatural, 'bad' death circumstances will be 'overridden' by Jup. position? Also I've gotten an impression that Kakshya Vriddhi is one of the cases with this stronly placed JUp.I do not know, though what "Kakshya Vriddhi" is, neither do I now of potential other scenarios for this type of Ju intervention. Guest guest
Thank you for this explanation- it gives practical meaning to a general statement that 'Jup overrides indication of Mars in 8th..etc'- in fact with this you you 'infused' life in a general statement. It CAN, you say, not necessarily DOES- great, thanks. In my case AL and UL are the same- can I say that my marrige was 'public event' /as oposed to personal/? Both UL and AL has Jupiter in 1st, Mars in 8th, Moon in 9th- What would be manifestation of Mars in 8th related to UL/marriage/.. Can I go furher assuming that my marriage /glamorous on the outside, as it was/ wasn't/isn't good for my health? Again, hypothetically at least, we have to take Mars in 2nd denoting second marriage- in that case, it seems to me, it's position is to be considered differently, no clue HOW, though. The chart is the same, I am strugling to get various areas connected, as they certainly are. Plese help me with this. Thank You. My wormest regards, AnnaSanjay Rath <daivagyna (AT) sify (DOT) com> wrote: |brihaspatim varenyam| Dear Anna, yes it CAN be over riden, provided you activate Jupiter ..get into its mode of life and do what Jupiter expects of you. As a starting point, everyday after your prayers or any good work say "Om shantih shantih shantih" Shanti means peace and this is Jupiters prayer for peace on earth, the space and heavens. One who prays for peace will get peace no doubt then such bad yogas become inoperative as Mars is sent 'back to the barracks'. ~ om tat sat ~ Yours truly, Sanjay Rath --------------------------- H-5, B.J.B Nagar, Bhubaneswar 751014, India +91-674-2436871 http://srath.com --------------------------- j.b [bona_mente ]Tuesday, May 27, 2003 2:26 AMvedic astrologySubject: RE: [vedic astrology] Longevity Dear Sanjay, Sarajit, Sorry for asking basic questions.
