in 6th will give lot of spirituality. ve will act as 6L in 6H..it may affect

health (also cause boils in ma periods). but see that all these 3 natural

benefics are in 9th from AL..also in badhaka sthana from AL...so they will

surely protect after creating obstructions.

note that I am not an expert and astudent only.In your rasi chart, Me is

severely afflicted. as a2nd, 5th lord placed in 6th with Ju and Ma. Both maand

Ju are killers for ta ascendant and FMs. Marsowning 7th and 12th, Ju owning 8th

& 11th. It isanother factor that Conjunction of Ma, Ju in 6th mayresult in VRY.

In your case Ma/Ve has a Parivarthana.hence the effects of Ma is given by Ve

and Effects ofve By Ma which means Ma inflicting ve(6th house)effects

predominently. More over in your Navamsa Me isdebilitated in Pisces and also it

happens to be your8th house. This is resulting in pressures /obstacles and

nervousdisorders as Me is also signifactor for nervoussystem.You are currently

running Me Maha Dasa Started sometime in July 2001. Do not blame Sa as Sa is a

Yogakaraka, and is placed in 3rd. The only contribution ofsa transit in to Ge

(2nd phase of saade saathi) is toadd mental worries to the existing

problems.Since Sa also aspects Su which is also placed in 8thfrom AL, was your

Excellent analysis.

So, what results do you ascribe to Mercury Mahadasa.

And, any particular Antradasas in Mercury mahadasa which will give any striking good or bad results?

Namaste JK da,

It is correct that the planets may protect the Image

(perception) after giving some troubles to it. However

in reality this means Native has to struggle a lot to

maintain the Image. venus's & Jupiters sub periods may

give little releif.(assuming they destroy 6th house

effects - VRY) Other thing about VRy always functions

at the cause of some Loss to the native. ie Native

gains due to loss of something.

However I do have a doubt about VRYs- Does conjunction

of 8th & 12th lord in a Kendra also constitutes to

VRY?

If you take example of Our Ex PM Rajiva Gandhi, he has

Ju & Mo as lords of 8th & 12th in lagna. This is in

addition to VRY, gajakesari also. He came to power at

but lost his mother.

 

(NOte: The above example has nothing to do with the

chart we were discussing) I just wanted to know the

possibility of VRY can be extended to kendra sthana

also.

dear brahma,

 

as i know..for VRY, minm 2 weak dusthana lords have to be together in a dusthana

or have to be be very strong in Kendra/Trikona and simultaneously transfer the

power to the Lord of Lagna (or Atmakaraka) by conjunction or aspect.. if one

planet lords 2 dusthanas..then placement of that lord in a dusthana also should

be indicative of VRY. i am pasting here part of one article of sanjayji on this.

VIPAREETA RAJYOGA

BY SANJAY RATH

DEFINITION & CONCEPT

1. Vipareeta Rajyoga (VRY) is caused by the conjunction of the lords of Dusthana

(evil hous-es 3rd, 6th, 8th & 12th ). Since the lords of the evil houses

conjoin, they end up damaging each other and the native benefits. Thus, VRY

implies coming to power/ gains due to the downfall or death of another. This

can bring sudden legacies, rapid rise to power and position and other such

gains that are basically, not sustainable over a long period of time.

2. The important condition for the fructification of this Rajyoga is that the

planets involved should either (a) be weak by placement in a Dusthana (evil

houses 3rd, 6th, 8th & 12th ) or in debility in Rasi/Navamsa OR (b) be very

strong in Kendra/Trikona and simultaneously transfer the power to the Lord of

Lagna (or Atmakaraka) by conjunction or aspect. Unless this transfer of the

power of the VRY occurs, the native himself may not rise but will benefit due

to the rise of another person.

The results of the situations of VRY in the two cases is grossly different. In

the first case, the native rises due to the death/ downfall of an enemy whereas

in the latter situation the native rises after the death/downfall of an ally or

friend. The significations of the planets conjoining the VRY maybe destroyed in

this process.

3. It is evident from the above that the giver of Vipareeta Rajyoga is Saturn,

more so since he is the natural significator of the Dusthana. Thus, VRY can

also be caused if Saturn becomes a Yogakaraka (for Taurus & Libra Lagna) and is

placed in a Dusthana in debility/weak. However, it is important that other

planets should not conjoin this, else their significations could be destroyed.

4. Coming to the Arudha Lagna (AL), the rules are slightly different. Benefic

planets placed in the 3rd/6th house from AL in strength in Rasi give

spirituality (Success in spiritual life) whereas malefic planets so placed give

Parakrama (Victory in material life). However, if the benefic planets placed in

the 3rd/6th house are weak by being in debility/ in Rasi/Navamsa, then they

will cause Vipareeta Rajyoga and will result in elevation in this material

world. On the other hand if the malefic planets in the 3rd/6th from AL are weak

or debilitated in Rasi/Navamsa, they will cause Vipareeta Pravrajya yoga and the

native will become spiritual. [Timing] In both cases, this Yoga will function

simultaneously with the death or downfall of the persons indicated by the

lordship or signification of the planet involved in the Yoga.

5. In matters of strength, mere Sthana Bala (Positional strength) is not

adequate. If the planet involved is placed in an inimical position from the

ruling planet of the Arudha Lagna, it will be destroyed. For this purpose,

besides Graha Sambandha (Relationship of planets), the Pachakadi Sambandha

should be determined. Timing can be done both from Vimsottari as well as

Narayana Dasa or any other suitable Phalita Dasa.

6. Pachakadi Sambandha has been explained by Sri Vyankatesha Sarma in his

monumental classic "SARVARTHA CHINTAMANI" in the stanza 1.119 to 1.132. This

must be understood to be applied effectively in the determination of friends &

foes in the chart and is beyond the scope of this article.

7. Finally, the Hora Lagna and Ghatika Lagna should be carefully examined as per

the rules given by Parasara in "Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra" and Maharishi

Jaimini in his famous "Upadesa Sutra" to confirm the nature of the Rajyoga.
