Guest guest
Dear Members: I am trying to determine whether Kahal yog is present in a native's chart or not. However, I am seeing contradictory definitions of this yog flying around. Given below are a few of them. Can somebody please kindly let me know which one is the right one, in their opinion? Also what are the effects of this yog? I have seen some people say that this yog does not give 100% good effects. Is that true? Also some of the definitions state that in order for this yog to occur, the lagna lord has to be strong. So I assume that the strength here means Shadbala strength correct? Namaste. Rageshwari. ================================================================ a) The lords of 9th and 4th houses should be in mutual angles and the lord of the ascendant should be strong. b) The lord of the 4th occupies its exaltation or own sign and is aspected by or is in conjunction with the 10th lord. c) Kahal Yoga, according to Phaladeepika, is formed by the lord of the ascendant in exaltation or in its own sign occupying a trine or a cardinal house. d) Should Bandhu's lord and Guru be in mutual Kendras, while Lagn's lord is strong, Kahal Yog occurs.
