Guest guest
Murthi is among one of the fine technique used to find the effect of transit specially Satrun's transit. In which the position of Moon is reckoned with respect to natal Moon at the time of ingress of under studied planet. House from Natal Moon Murthi Meaning Effect 1st, 6th, 11th Swarna Golden form Highly favorable 2nd, 5th, 9th Rajata Silver form Favorable 3rd, 7th, 10th Taamra Copper form Unfavorable 4th, 8th, 12th Loha Iron form Highly unfavorable But here one thing is problemsome i.e. planets do not move direct always. Hence sometimes a planet may enter a sign first directly then returns retrograde and then again ingress into a sign with direct motion. For example Saturn ingress into Gemini. On the morning of 23 July 2002 Saturn entered in Gemini (when transit Moon was into Sagittarius). But after few months Saturn retrograted and entered into Taurus on 8 Jan 2003. And now again it will ingress into Gemini on 7 April 2003 (when transit Moon will be at 26Ta33). Q1) For Murthi rule, either Moon's position should be taken at first ingress time or each time of ingress that will show effect for period limited to planets' occupation in sign? Q2) If transit is reckoned from Lagna or AL; then instead of taking current Moon's position with respect to natal Moon, can we take lagna's/AL position (of ingress time) with respect to natal lagna/AL?
