How to analyse a D chart?

I see that people refer to various D chart for specific areas of life(like D-9 for marraige).

I have a specific question.

In D Chart ,do we analyse assuming the position for Asc in the Rasi chart?Or see

how the position of the planet is in that chart with respect to that D chart Asc

?

Consider each and every divisional chart as an independant chart. I take

Divisional(D-n) charts as fine tunning buttons of different channels of our

life. But D-1 i.e. Rashi has superiority over all other D-n Charts, as it is

the outline of sketch, and Divisional charts position are the colour and hue of

this picture.

You have asked wether, D-n Chart should analyse with respect to Rashi lagna or

it should treated with respect to D-Chart lagna? I think considering divisional

chart with respect to its own lagna is more appropriote way. This lagn (of D-n

chart) has vital importance.

But at the same time we should also not assume any D-n chart without any

connection of Rashi. Hence check where the D-n lagna falls in Rashi and how

much strengh it owns. If lagna of D-n chart happens as a benefic house of Rashi

then native will enjoy fruits associated with D-n charts, provided karaka of

that matters is not afflicted in D-n. Hence we Judge the strength and position

of Rashi's 7th lord and karaka(Venus) in D-9. Rashi's 10th lord and Karaka in

D-10, and so forth.

For example chart of G.W.Bush (July 6, 1946. Cancer lagna). In Dasamsa (D-10)

Scorpio is rising, whose lord Mars is exalted in 3rd with debiliated Jupiter

and Moon. Here Mars is the langa lord of D10, Jupiter (2nd and 5th), and Moon

(9th lord). And association of these trine lords producing Raja Yoga (but this

yoga will effective only for the matters related with D-10). Similarly Transit

of any planet either in Scorpio or aspecting Scorpio will affect native's

status and job.

Interestingly look his(Bush) Arudhapada (AL) and Karmapada (A10) in D-10. Here

it should be borne in mind that Arudhas have more significance in mundane,

political and celebritie's charts as compare to a chart of common man. In D-10

of Bus, AL is heavily afflicted due to Nodes and Mandi. While A10 falls in

Aries where debiliated Saturn is also placed.
