Dear Sandy,

 

As Sanjay has already explained to you, he transfers his paypal amount to the

account of his shishya (an US based SJC guru). This shishya as a personal

favour to his guru then re-directs the amount to his account in India. So as

you can see its a very cumbersome process. We can do this for SJC official

matters, although we are contemplating of employing this method for Jyotish

Digest international subscriptions. Please rest assured that we at SJC would

explore al possible avenues for financial exchange, and if Pay Pal was a viable

option we would have surely used it.

SJC's account that we posted on the listearlier. And then there are more

cumbersome and expensive methods like MoneyOrder/Telegraphic Transfer and

you make the payment. The choice andconvenience is yours entirely. Till the

government of India makes Pay Palaccessible to Indians, there is nothing much
