marriage problems - related question - to Shri Visti Larsen

Dear Visti ji,

 

The chart(attached below) is having Scorpio as Upapada and is 4th

house from Leo, the ascendant. Upapada is aspected by lagna lord Sun.

Also 2nd from upapada is aspected by Jupiter and Venus. Does this

signify a spouse in relative circle(from mother's side)? If so how

will be the nature of spouse etc.?

Also how to predict the direction(longitude/latitude) of birth place

of spouse(relative to native's birth place)?
