Finally the Iraq war started.

I have noticed in the past that wars start when Mars and Saturn conjoin or

mutually aspect in Rudramsa (D-11) and mentioned this on this list a couple of

years back. Right now, exalted Mars and Saturn in own sign have a tug of war in

tamasik Capricorn in D-11 chart. This will end tomorrow night. When a 72-hour

ultimatum was speculated in the media the other day, I was perplexed because

then war would have to start after Mars and Saturn separated in D-11. But only

a 48-hour ultimatum was given finally and the war started with Mars and Saturn

together in D-11. > Dear Sanjayji,> Very good article and good analysis. I

think the war could start around7th April when sat Mars oppose each other in

Gemini-Sagitarius.> I am certain , I need not give reasons to you.>

Regards,> Chandrashekhar. President Bush's natal dasamsa Moon is in Sg. I

expect him to start and win the war before transit Saturn leaves Rahu's company

in the 6th house.

Instead of relying on unreliable charts like USA/Iraq formation charts, let us

just look at Washington DC's annual lunar (Full Moon) chart of 2002-03 (26

April 2002, 11:00:29 pm EDT, Washington DC). Find its Narayana dasa. Li dasa

with Moon during the last few weeks brought intense dipolomacy. Its end brought

the war. However, I think the strikes of today were a token start of the war.

The real war will start only tomorrow afternoon, after Sc dasa begins. In Sc

dasa, results are given by Ta. From Ta, both 3rd and 6th houses are aspected by

Mars, Saturn and Rahu. This dasa is the 10th from AL and 12th from A6. Enemy's

loss will come in this dasa. If at all the war is dragged on to after April 7,

it will last longer. But, it is more likely to finish by April 7.

Incidentally, I was discussing the same conjunction of Saturn and Mars in the

Rudramsa in capricorn and the start of the war. However, thereafter I was

interested in finding out the exact time of rudramsa conjunction. However, this

is not possible with the current state of knowledge as we don't have longitudes

in the Divisions. I thought of an idea, which might sound ridiculous. Why not

find the degrees in the divisions. I have been thinking on this for past few

months and I realised that the possibility still exist as Maharishis have not

said anywhere that this is not possible (I have other explanations, which I

shall present some other time). Then I ventured into finding the exact moment

of rudramsa conjunction. I have used the following process to do that

On any date, take 19th March. 5:30 GMT, London

The Degrees of Mars and Saturn are

Body Longitude Nakshatra Pada Rasi Navamsa

Mars 15 Sg 12' 28.12"

In degrees = 15.207811deg

Rudramsa = 5.5761973. Now this can be converted to Cp 17deg 17m 9.35s

Saturn 28 Ta 49' 02.17"

degrees= 28.8172694 deg

Rudramsa = 10.566332. Now this can be converted to Cp 16d 59m 23.87s

Now in the rudramsa, Mars is ahead of Saturn by 17minutes. Now the current speed

of Mars is .640d/day and Saturn is .122 deg/ day. Thus the relative speed of

Mars wrt Saturn is 0.52deg/ day, or 31.2min/ day. Now to cover 17min in

Rudramsa, Mars would have covered 17/11 min in the rasi chart, which equals to

1.5454min. Now with the current speed, Mars would have taken 1.5454/31.2 =

0.04953 days. = 1hr 11min. When we move the time by 1hr and 11min, we can

expect to find the exact conjunction.

Mars= 15Sg 10' 36.05" =15.17668deg=5.564782rudramsa = Cp 16d 56m

Saturn=28Ta 48' 54.09" = 28.815025deg = 10.5655 Rudramsa= Cp 16d 58m

Now we see that they are separates by 2min. I guess this is very close

conjunction. If we move the clock further backward by 8min, we might get the

exact conjunction to miniutes.

Is this time concide with any event? Doesn't it coincide with US ultimatum on

Monday Night, which happens to be the seed of the war.
