Here is what I find in the chart of this young man, born May 19,

1978, Time 11.36 am, Place: Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.

 

Moon in Chitra indicates that the native has to go through some

trials before his real personality comes out. He must make vast

changes in order to progress. This is confirmed by debilitated Mars,

lord of Chitra, in the Lagna. There is Neecha Bhanga as Mars is

exalted in Navamsa. In fact, a natural malefic in debility with

Neecha Bhanga is very fortunate.

 

The Lord of Lagna, the Moon, is also the AK, and this shows self-

realization.

 

Shodasottari dasa is applicable to this chart. This means that Rahu

has a strong influence throughout life. He could succeed in

activities related to the import of goods or knowledge. The placement

of Rahu in 3rd. gives courage and initiative. This should lead to

success as the Lord of Rahu and Moon is Mercury in 10th, with no less

than 8 bindus in SAV ! Mars, made fortunate by Neecha Bhanga, is Amk

and makes a Raja Sambandha, good for career. Mars is also yogakaraka

as lord of 5th and 10th.

 

Th e Moon conjunct with Rahu may give some mental disturbances and

perhaps thoughts of suicide, but the Moon is very strong, being the

AK. This gives protection. Nevertheless, he could need some medical

attention at the present time.

 

He must beware of his tendency to think it is not worthwhile to make

efforts, due to Ketu in 10th.

It is difficult for him to concentrate on academic studies because of

Jupiter, lord of 6th (work) and 9th (higher studies) in 12th,

together with Venus. He would have a good time (Venus) rather than

work ! Anyway, action (Mars) and communication (Mercury) will suit

him better than academic studies and he will suceed in the former.

from 1999-6-28 and after that he will enter Mars Mahadasa. The Sun is

afflicted by Rahu, showing obstacles. The will disappear after 2010-

6-28.
