The above is an example of a mail that has nothing to do with

astrology. While I will continue to allow discussions on Krishna's

teachings, such as the one whether "demigod" worship can be

prescribed by astrologers, I will not tolerate mails such as the

above that have no relevance to an astrologer.

 

Rajeev, I have been noting your writings. It does not matter whether

you are right or wrong. It matters to me whether your writings are

relevant to astrology or not. If you continue to deviate like this

and take up space without adding any substance from the point of

view of astrology, I will have to remove you from the list.

 

Friends, I do not like to moderate and please do not force me to.

Dear Shri Moderator,

 

I leave it to you and your vivek whether to allow my presence on this list or

not. I strongly believe in what Bhavabhuti has said in Uttar Ramacharita -

"....Kalo hi ayam niravadhi vipula cha pruthvi".

 

Making people think and question themselves is my favorite activity because it

leads to progress and I believe everything is connected to everything just like

two islands in the ocean are connected at the bottom of ocean. Throughout

history of man kind human groups and societies have always been unkind to

individuals who questioned faiths and made others think, so this is no

exception to past.

 

If someone in a group is advocating certain ideaology it becomes necessary to

bring certain puzzling issues to the notice of everyone. And forcing someone to

keep mouth shut is certainly anti-hindu and is it "civilized" (after all hindu

philosophy is all about recognizing and respecting existanceof others - Laxman

Shastri Joshi in the History of Vedic Culture).

 

By the way, Carl Gustav Jung, famous psycho-analysts, when received popularity

once said, "thank god, I am NOT Jungian!".

 

So, dear moderator, we as a group will evolve one step more if we allow free

exchange of ideas ...and mind you my professors who taught me all these epics

and scriptures were much more forward who encouraged questioning without which

I would not have got first hand insight into our ancient and mind boggling

culture.
