There's a good chance you cna get married when Jupiter transits Leo, which will commence in July this year. Jupiter stays there for one year. This is a good period for you to seriously consider likely candidates for marriage. Saturn in the 7th can mean that you will marry someone who is older, or is from another country. Rahu in trik bhava receives full Rasi Drishti of Sun, and associated with two papa-graha Gulika and Mandi. Here Saturn is just entered in Leo, so can not cast its full influence on the matters of 7th house. Is Ketu-Venus or Ketu-Jupiter not more possible dasha(s) for mariagge?
