Guest guest
Dear Ramapriya, Are you sure the timezone is 5:00 and not 4:00? In Sept 1941, the timezone used on the eastern coast of USA must've been 4:00. Guest guest
Jaya Jagannath Dear Ramapriya, Let me try this. First the Atma's calling. The AK Venus placed with Jupiter and Jupiter is the 9th lord from from the Lagnamsa. The native shall be good in scriptures or religious studies. The AL is aspected by Rahu Sun eclipse condition showing lots opposition to him on something and Sat, Jup aspect from Taurus can give an impression about this person's involvement in something related to tradition and scriptural knowledge. Jupiter also is the lord of the Dasamsa Lagna and is in sama-saptaka with the Sun in the 7th house, showing that the native could be an entrepreneuer, helped by the government in establishing something sacred. Guest guest
Dear Sarajit, I thought of giving the answer tomorrow morning but since no one else is trying, I might as well do it now. The native invented a computer language that broke new ground in the early 70s. I know nothing about computers, but I'm given to believe its popularity remains largely undiminished. The language is called simply C and the name of the guy, who's more into NASCAR racing and local politics these days, is Dennis Ritchie. Guest guest
Om Sreegurubhyo Namah Dear Ramapriya, I wanted to try your puzzle, but you did not confidently answer my timezone query (4:00 vs 5:00). That is why I left it. I was somehow attracted to the puzzle, but had to leave it because the data seemed to have error. What I said is right - the timezone in use on that day was 4:00 and not 5:00 as you gave it. Analysis of the chart, based on the info you revealed, also suggests that the timezone should be 4:00 and not 5:00. Look at Jupiter in 10th in D-10 and 10th lord Mercury in 9th. Jupiter in 10th would make one a teacher or a respected figure. Being in a dasamsa ruled by Agni (see Parasara's definition of dasamsa for dasamsa deities), Jupiter's energy would be directed in the line of engineering. Being in Virgo is also conducive. GL with Jupiter would give him a good position. Like lagna lord Jupiter in 10th would suggest, he is akin to a "rishi" within his area. Moon and Mars in Aries in the 5th house of power in D-10 in a dasamsa ruled by Indra give him a high position. No wonder dasas of Moon and Mars (1973-1990) made him rise within his company. There are a lot of other factors for mentioning which I don't have time now as I have to sleep early today. But I am convinced that the timezone you gave is wrong. For those who don't know, Mr. Ritchie invented the UNIX operating system and C language and is one of the persons who is indirectly responsible for today's computer revolution. You cannot meet any C/C++ programmer who hasn't read "Kernighan and Ritchie". His celebrated textbook on C programming is THAT popular! Thanks for the chart. Guest guest
Jaya JagannathDear Ramapriya, What we know about Dennis Ritchie is he is the Guru of C and Unix, the most revered one. Even though I didn't touch upon that point. I did say that he established something, although I said government is involved, probably I would have said involvement of powerful people rather. Whatever it is, he got be good in whatever he did as it was his soul's calling.
