Dustbin is box where people can throw their Garbage and move further to get more Garbage in their life. And when they are fill they come and throw into the dustbin once more. What does an astrologer do he is a living dustbin trying to collect the Garbage of people and some time people do pay the price but it is very less. So this earth needs Good dustbins, which can keep this earth a lovely planet where people could leave clean and tidy. My Saturn is placed in tenth house so mine proffesion is highly linked with Saturn.
