Astakvarga Points

Dear Friends and Gurus,

I have found Astakvarga system working at many places but baffling at others. I

have following doubts :

 

1) AV points in Dusthanas should be high or low ? Will good SAV points in the

8th improve longevity but create hurdles and other problems for the native ?

2) Similarly BAV points for 6th, 8th or 12th lords should be high or low ? Say

Mars as 3rd and 8th lord (Virgo Lagna) has 7 points in its own AV and is placed

in the 7th. Will it be disastrous for spouse as well as for the native himself

(aspecting the lagna) ?

3) Say 6th lord is in the 8th. Will good AV points of 6th lord increase the

effect of Vipareet Rajayoga ?

4) What is the basic concept of AV points ? Does it simply make a planet strong

(as in retrogression) or it improves the beneficence of the planet ?

5) Should we calculate AV points for D-charts separately ?

 

I request all the gurus and learned friends to enlighten me and many others like

me. I shall feel much obliged.
