Chart Analysis of George W. Bush

Namaste all,Here is the birthdata of George W. Bush as rectified by me:6th July

1946, 7:38:30 (4:00:00 west of GMT), 72 W 55', 41 N 18'The most important yoga

in the chart is between Moon and Jupiter. Moon and Jupiter conjoin within 1 deg

20 min. This close conjunction gives Gaja-Kesari yoga and promises lasting fame.

They also give Lakshmi yoga and promise fortune. Moreover, Moon is yogada - he

owns lagna and aspects GL (ghati lagna - power and authority). Conjunction of

lagna lord (Moon) and GL lord (Jupiter), with both aspecting GL, is a potent

yoga for power. Moreover, Moon is the dispositor of Mercury, Venus and Saturn,

who give Vesi yoga, Tapaswi yoga and a raja yoga (conjunction of AK and PiK in

lagna or 5th gives a raja yoga. Here Venus is AK and Mercury is PiK and both

occupy Cancer lagna). So Moon can trigger all those yogas, in addition to the

yogas he directly takes part in.

 

Clearly, Moon dasa should bring him power and trigger a lot of nice yogas. When

he became US president in 2000-01, he MUST have been running Moon dasa. If we

get another dasa, it means we are most probably not using the right dasa

system!

 

Based on the normal Vimsottari dasa, he was running Saturn-Rahu period at the

time he became US president. One can make a case for anything in hindsight, but

I do not think there is a STRONG case for Saturn-Rahu. If we use the standard

Vimsottari dasa, we will be forced to accept vague reasoning at times. By using

the right variation, we can always provide very crisp and clear logic. I made

of classes and 55 min of prayers). To progress as astrologers, we should be

honest and look for a better case when the case is weak.

Moon has only two planets in quadrants from him, but lagna has three. So, as per

the teachings of Pt. Sanjay Rath (see his landmark book "Vimsottari & Udu Dasa"

released recently), Lagna Vimsottari dasa applies here (it is the variation of

Vimsottari dasa seeded from lagna instead of Moon). The calculations are given

below:

In addition to the yogas in rasi chart, Moon is in the 5th in D-10 with lagna

lord and 10th lord. Jupiter is the 5th lord in D-10. He is placed in GL and

aspects lagna. All this very well explains the power he got in Moon-Jupiter

dasa.

 

Saturn is debilitated in AL and shows the image of an average person, an

ignorant person (or "moron" as the Canadian PM's secretary supposedly called

him). With AL being in Aries, it also shows an aggressive image. This Saturn is

weak being in debilitation. He receives neecha bhanga from Venus who joins Moon.

As a result, in Venus pratyantardasa of Moon-Saturn dasa (Aug 18-Nov 22, 2001),

his image received a boost.

 

Mercury antardasa in Moon dasa started in the middle of last year. Being the 6th

lord in lagna in D-6, in the 12th from dasa lord Moon, Mercury will not allow

his antardasa to be smooth. There will continue to be worries and threats from

enemies. In D-10, Moon has an argala on the 7th house containing A3. A3 shows

the physical manifestation of one's boldness and initiative. It is a tangible

thing resulting from one's boldness. In the case of a leader, it can show war

threats and war. Because of his argala on it, Moon can give such results in his

dasa, which are likely to come in the antardasas of planets with graha drishti

on it. Saturn, being the lord of A3 in Aq, brought a limited war in Afghanistan

in his antardasa. Mercury aspects A3 in Aq from Leo. Thus his antardasa in Moon

dasa will bring the acts of boldness.

 

Venus PD runs during Dec 5, 2002-Feb 27, 2003. With Venus being the 3rd lord

from Mercury and placed in a fiery sign, he engages in bold planning. Next PD

of Sun (Feb 27- Mar 24, 2003) brings success, as Sun is the 1st lord in 5th

from Mercury. Though his actions now may make him look passionate and

aggressive, he will seem like a charming victor in March.

An examination of D-11 and its Mandooka dasa makes me concerned. In Bush's D-11,

Cn rises and Aq is the 8th house. The 8th lord Saturn is in Aq, while the other

Aq is the 8th house. Sg is Rudra Dwara using Rahu as the 8th lord. Mandooka dasa

of rulers can be used for timing death and destruction faced by nations and

success/failure in wars etc. Aq-Sg antardasa brought a big terrorist attack in

New York City.

 

Current Aq-Aq is also a dangerous period. Another big attack or even a danger to

Bush himself cannot be ruled out until July 6, 2003. Especially, Cn

pratyantardasa during March 25-April 14 and Vi pratyantardasa during May are

ominous.* * *His 2002-03 annual Tithi Pravesha (TP) chart is cast

for 18th June 2002, 1:57:12 (4:00:00 west of GMT), 72 W 55', 41 N 18'.He runs

Mercury's Tithi Ashtottari (TA) dasa from 24th Dec 2002 to 21st Feb 2003.

Mercury is badhakesha and functional malefic in rasi chart. He is the lord of

AL and is ill-placed in the 12th from AL. He gives loss in popularity and

setbacks. However, being in the 3rd house from lagna, he gives boldness. With

Mercury, Saturn and Rahu being together, Mercury and Rahu exchange their

beneficence. So Mercury works like Rahu and makes Bush very bold, manipulative,

vicious and vengeful (qualities of Rahu). In D-10, Mercury is a functional

malefic and occupies badhaka sthana. He shows opposition from intelligent

people.Saturn dasa runs during 21st Feb-28th Mar, 2003. Saturn is well-placed

in the 12th from AL in rasi chart and gives raja yoga. Saturn is the 6th lord

in D-10 showing fights and wars. Saturn is with Mandi in D-10 and he will make

the native commit sins against other people in his career. [Note: Mandi makes

us commit sins towards other - i.e. give poison to others - and Gulika makes us

receive punishment for our sins - i.e. receive poison from others.]Even though

Saturn is a functional malefic in D-10, he is well-placed in the 6th house from

AL and shows success. In all likelihood, the war will start soon after Feb 21

and will end quickly. Bush will be victorious and also the war will be

justified after the fact, silencing the critics in the international

community.* * *However, this may not be the end of the problem of

terrorism or threats to world peace.As long as Bush runs Aq Mandooka dasa (and

continues as President), there may not be any subsiding of threat.

I completely forgot that we had Saddam's chart. I knew that I had

seen it.

His Vimshottari planetary period is Moon-Venus. His Venus may be

exalted in the ascendent, but it is the lord of two maraka, death-

inflicting houses.

 

The Moon in a sign of Mars,with Mars and Rahu, really speak of a

paranoid mind bathed inviolence. His sick, mental karma is activated

now more than ever because the major Moon period is active.

 

The Moon is debilitated, so is Rahu. This takes place in the house

offortune andluck. So he should experience an eclipsing of his

fortune at this time, which is the end of the major Moon period.

 

According to Chara dasha, which is a sign-based system of timing

events ( I know you know that! ), he is going to under the influence

of the signs Capricorn and Aquarius, the two last signs of the

horoscope, representing loss and the end.

 

His longevity is not so good in the first place because Saturn

afflicts the ascendent as a bad lord of two houses. And this Saturn

afflicts Venus, the lord of the house of longevity.

 

According to the sign-based system of timing events known as Sthira,

the periods are Scorpio-Pisces. Pisces contains Venus and Saturn, so

it crops up again.

 

It doesn't look good for Saddam.

 

The planetary periods for Bush are so much better, the Jupiter sub

period is a real eye-opener. Except that the aspect of Saturn on

Jupiter takes away from longevity in the end. It is Saturn-Jupiter

right now.

 

Saturn has certain strengths. It aspects its own sign in a quadrant,

indicating a sort of mahapurush yoga. Remember that is was the

judiciary ( Saturn ) that gave him the presidency, and some

successful cheating, thanks to Rahu as the sub period lord, exalted

in the house of gains. Thus it is not true that the Saturn-Rahu

period could not have justified his winning the presidency.
