Guest guest
Dear Gurus and Jyptishis, Attached is a blind chart. Most of the examples in books, and in this list deal with a specific issue of a known person's chart and very rarely show examples of delineating a blind chart. I will really appreciate if all jyotishis and Gurus attempt this blind chart and demonstrate to students like me how to systematically approach a natal chart. For non obvious predictions please give how it was arrived at. My intention is that it will serve as an excellent learning experience for beginners and in figuring out a systematic way of approaching a natal chart. Those that know this birthdata from a database, please dont give up the identity or details about that person. Thanks, Siva. Guest guest
Dear Rama Priya, The native was born near east coast in an not familiar place. I tried to manually compute the lat and long. Guess I am wrong I dont have a map of South India handy to find the lat/long of the place of his birth. Try Pondichery or a nearby city on east coast in TN to use an approximate lat/long. JHora with atlas would have solved this problem. waiting for it. I will keep trying to find the accurate lat & long and post it, if I find it. For births more than a century ago, the birth time also may not be accurate. So generic predictions from rasi and navamsa are enough since the point is to put to use the methodology of deleneation. thanks, Siva. vedic astrology, "Ramapriya D" <hubli@v...> wrote: > Dear Siva, > > I must thank you for the chart; I'd never before seen one of a native born > in the sea > > Warm regards, > > Ramapriya > hubli@v... > > > - > "Siva Chinnasamy" <schinnas> > <vedic astrology> > Wednesday, February 12, 2003 9:33 AM > [vedic astrology] Blind Chart (great learning experience for > students) > > > > Dear Gurus and Jyptishis, > > > > Attached is a blind chart. Guest guest
Dear Siva, The chart posted by you appears to be of a person with very high level of intellect . However it appars that he either did not marry at all(most likely, as Venus lord of 8th debilitated is in 7th and alsodebilitated in Navamsha), or lost his wife early. The native appears to have had a short life. He might have had little Matrusukha(Jupiter in own house in navamsha in 4th house). He could have been one propgating religion a(Lord of 9th in 5th)nd his forte should have been his intelligence(Saturn aspecting the 5th and being retrograde and Jupiter aspecting Moon lord of 5th and Karaka of mind). He would also loose his temper some times(Mars and Ketu in 5th).The thought process would be radically different from that prevailing at his time due to the positions of Saturn Mars and 5th lords combination with the 4th lord. He must have had great authority due to Sun aspecting Ascendant and his depositor Mercury being in Saturn ruled Navamsha. However the authority would probably more in form of moral authority rather than to do with ruling (Sun occupying navamsha of lord of the 5th). Kindly let me know how far I am off the mark. Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekhar, Thank you very much for your analysis. Good job. I definitely learnt a thing or two about use of navamsa positions and lordships. I hope all gurus and jyotishis that have time come out and try this blind chart without fear of predicting wrong. IMHO, a blind chart analysis throws much more light than 100 charts that are discussed to prove a known technique, since in those cases people see what they want to see. I will mail you separately on where you are right and where you are a bit off the mark. After a week, I will post details about the native on this list. Thanks, Siva. vedic astrology, "Chandrashekhar" <boxdel> wrote: > Dear Siva, > The chart posted by you appears to be of a person with very high level of intellect .
