Would you

mind posting your birth data? I wanted to see if you are basing your findings, which

appear to be confluent with your intuition, on the 3rd from lagna or

the 3rd from AL?

 

Also, with

respect to the timing of death,

have any of the respected members on the list done any extensive chart research

for determining the rate of accuracy on

the estimations for longevity using the three methodologies as outlined in COVA…Specifically:

 

Method

of three pairs

Eighth

Lord Placement

Method

of three Lords

 

I have

done (very) limited investigations with respect to any extensive research, when

knowing the dates that death actually

what I have worked on suggests

that the method of three pairs,

coupled with the longitude of all ayur yogakarakas, holds a bit better accuracy

rate…especially when compared to the other two methods. I realize there

are many factors to consider, and based on

that, I am specifically interested in preferences overall, based on the findings

of others when considering the three methodologies.

 

Also, what

I have found interesting, and I am not quite sure

italic">how to read this for reconfiguring

the estimated time of

death, is that the dates of death (using the method of three pairs

and the longitudes of ayur yogakarakas) that actually do quite accurately line

up with the method of three pairs, have suggested in certain cases that death

will occur at a certain time, when in fact the individual continues to live on,

HOWEVER

there was very serious danger

to the health, present during the suggested time that death should have taken

place, and without medical intervention, death would

have likely been the outcome at that critical period. However, death was only avoided

through timely

medical intervention.

 

When things

of this nature occur, such as timely medical

intervention at critical periods in one’s life, is there an additional

source of findings that should

be taken into consideration that enable us to actually reconstitute and re-evaluate

the longevity?

your death so certainly.This is my intution and also see Jaimini Sutras of Sri

Sanjay ji,Page No.184,Sutras 2.2.26 to 2.2.28.Now as per this 3rd is owned by

benfics or benefics in 3rd house indicate a nice place of death,Jupiter or

Venus in 3rd house indicate awareness of period of death.But I dont know this

intution came to me when I start learnig Astrology in 1985 itself.But I bought

the book on US of Jaimini just last year.So according to me intution plays a

very important role in my life.

agree more…empirical researched data is key. So I

italic">will try to put together my VERY limited statistics at some

point in the near future…Right now these bits and pieces of information are

scattered on various pieces of paper throughout, and by no means in any

order… not to mention they are not

even entered into my computer as of yet.

working on client charts, (feast or famine as usual) and traveling for a few

days this month, it may take me a while, but I will certainly try to get things

in some semblance of order and share what little

I have. I would also appreciate others doing the same if there is an interest

in longevity determinants…we’re all going to make the grand voyage sometime…

 

This area

has always been of interest to me, and although I find no methodology absolute

in accuracy, it is interesting to

see which longevity determinants appear to be closest and/or most reliable to

the actuality event of death itself. And I still

italic">seriously question medical

intervention at those crucial times which appear to be “hits”, as intervention

seems to have had a say during crucial times. The question is, can the medical

intervention also be seen from the chart, (which may very well be the case, as

in ancient times, the medical advances we have made in our day were certainly

not available back then, and I have not

gone to that degree in researching

that possibility as of yet) or is it simply by the grace of God that many

outlive their time? One thing is for certain…One thing I am certain of is that

only HE knows for certain…So I

may be on a paper trail to the

next life…
