Thank you so much. I always wear the diamond recommended by Sanjay

and

since I have been doing this and following the other remedies he suggested

my health has improved considerably and, though I still have the tumour,

life is good. Isn't the diamond also good for yogakaraka, Venus?

It is hard for me to give up wearing my engagement ring (dark saphire and

two diamonds) after 32 years. Are you sure it is necessary?

Saturn is so happy in Venus’ domain, so he is not about to leave her so

quickly. By wearing both, you are creating a tug of war here. So one has to

eventually cross the line. In your chart, Saturn is much stronger, so you might

just have to concede and not allow sentiments get in the way and remove that

gemstone immediately. Saturn is in a fixed sign in yours, and Venus is in a moveable

sign, so the chances are Venus can come to the rescue in the early stages as
