Ra,Ke always together in D-20/D-24 - pleasure or denial?

Dear Gurus and friends,

Ra and Ke always occur together in D-20 and D-24. What influence

does this combined presence mean in each of these charts, since Ra

and Ke are opposites in most ways, except in being malefic in general?
