Using my atlas, there was no DST in December! You have some explaining todo. If his Lagna is Leo, then his Shoola Dasa of Gemini, housing Jupiter and Moon is there, aspected by Mars causing Rudra Yoga due to high blood pressure. Astamesh - Jupiter is also there and he needs todo Mrtyunjaya mantra to lower his blood pressure and get the blessings of Shiva. Unlike Europe/US in the Northern hemisphere where it is winter. Further, typically Sao Paolo has DST between Early Nov. and Mid-to-Late Feb.
