Sorry for intruding but afaik, this a rather confounding matter. From my

discussions on aspects with various people, I've figured that there are two

broad schools of thought. There are those who insist that the effect of a

planet's aspect has nothing to do with how and where it's placed. And then

there are some (like me) that believe that a planet's placement can't be so

independent. I can't see how the efficacy of Jupiter's aspect on Taurus from

Capricorn can be as beneficial as that on Scorpio from Cancer. As far as

aspects are concerned, retrogression is a non-starter; simply put, the

aspects can't change. I'm not repeating the oft-quoted analogy of Sanjay's

example of a man walking backwards seeing ahead because I don't think that's

appropriate enough; the planets themselves aren't moving backwards, but only

*appear* to be so in relation to earth's motion. Think of how an overtaken

vehicle appears from an overtaking one.

It depends on the type of Neecha Banga - If Neecha Banga is caused by another

graha, then its dristi will have no considerably different effects.
