friend in risk of death-please need some advice

Dear Jyotishis,a friend of mine that suffers of heart disease is

crossing a very hard time.He is not sleeping for weeks because he is

in fear of suffer a heart attack.I don't know if is true or just a

kind of "paranoia",or psycological process like the shamans with

his "near death experience" of spiritual iniciation-he's a spiritual

leader.Please some advice is needed.His dob is:December,9,1965 11:00
