Guest guest
Thank you Visti. Now I understand. Could you please explain now, the further effects of a retrograde Jupiter in exaltation in 6th, co-joined Rahu (Aquarius lagna) with neechabanga because of moon in Taurus and which is in 5th (Aquarius) in nav. All these conflicting layers make it difficult. In my chart as you see JupiterR is in 6th is ? the root of my ovarian cancer (3 from AL, cojoined Rahu and aspected (3rd aspect) by Saturn who is lagna lord). Am, I right in assuming that my tribulations are for my spiritual progress. It certainly seems so, as my cancer and its treatment, though brutal, have brought a lot of love and good things to me. Guest guest
Hare Rama Krsna Dear Gili, I will need to see your chart. Trimsamsa is the key. Lets take this step by step. i) Exalted Benefic in Dusthana gives a strong enemy and possibility of Roga (disease). ii) Exalted but retrogade denies the evil. iii) Neecha Banga by Moon will help the evil happen after all. iv) Rahu will control the cancer as it can control Jupiter. v) Gomedh should be worn to avoid the disease. As these happen in the 3rd from AL, they threaten the life. Jupiter should be within the first 5 degrees of Cancer to cause problems in the ovaries (Jala Tattwa).. Also check Rahu. The Graha Dristi of Shani caused alot of sorrow. Which planet is Atmakaraka? Guest guest
Dear Visti, I probably missed your post addressed to Gili. However, I have found that in many cases Saturn has given lasting good results when in even its neecha and Retrograde. If I remember right, Jataka Parijaat mentions that Saturn when in Neecha and retrograde causes rajayoga if in Kendra. Your comment would be welcome. Guest guest
Hare Rama Krsna I agree. Malefics debilitated and retro in kendra, give Rajyoga. Opposite for benefics. Guest guest
Om Namah Sivaayah Dear List and visti, One basic question here abt retrogade motion. what would be the results if lagna lord is in a dusthana and retrogade? If a retrogade planet is 'stronger' than a straight motioned planet, i assume that its effects are going to be dependant on the 'sthana' and the nature of the planet. Also what would be the implications if the same planet is a papa graha? Like, saturn, retrogade in 6 th house for a capricorn lagna. or mars retrogade in 2nd house for the scorpio lagna. My emphasis is more on lagna lord being retrogade than being in exaltation sign. Kindly enlighten me if i am overseeing something.
