ASTROLOGERS GIVE WIDELY DIFFERENT RDGS. FOR THIS CHART

I have some grave doubts abt my horoscope:

 

 

1) Jupiter is in kendra but occupies the ashtam place, is Jupiter's

power nulled in my horoscope ?

 

2) Is Kal Sarp Yoga active in my chart ?

 

3) Are there chances of going for higher education abroad in June-

Aug, 2003 ?

 

4) Is an emerald beneficial for me ( I am wearing one)? ( One of the

laerned astrologer tells me that Rahu creates a problem in my chart,

whose ultimate defence is Budhha, hence wear an emerald, other savant

says that Mangal is the defence for a bad rahu in my chart and Buddha

is not Yog's Karak, so dont wear an emerald.......

 

I AM THOROUGHLY CONFUSED BY THE CONTENTIONS OF THE ASTROLOGERS...PL
