Now let us come to the Dasa system ( Vimshottari ).During Shukra dasa which ran between 15-12-1967 and 15-12-1987 ,he became the ruler of Iraq.Shukra is in 10th exalted with 9th lord Shani and Shukra is in the nakshatra of Revathi ruled by Budha who is in Shukra's sign aspected by 10th lord Guru.From 17-6-1970 to 17-6-1971 Surya;s antara was going on and it is during this period he became the ruler of Iraq.From 17-4-1977 to 17-12-1979 Guru's antara was running and Guru being in the nakshatra of Uttarashada ruled by Surya who is in 11th exalted,to gain more power he started war with Iran This war continued for more than 10 years ans Surya Dasa started in 15-12-1987 and ran till 15-2-1993.Again during this Dasa as Sun exalted in 11th ,house of gains he thought of increasing his power by attacking Kuwait and this happened during Surya Dasa- Shani's antara and Chandra's pratyantara.Shani is the 8th and 9th lord placed in 10th in the nakshatra of Uttarabhadra ruled by himself only and Chandra who is in trine with Shani ,also in a nakshatra of Anuradha ruled by Shani only.So it is during this period on August 2,1990 Iraq attacked Kuwait.Between 4-12-1990 and 10-10-1991 under Surya dasa ,Budha's antara was running and Budha being lagna lord and 4th lord placed in 12th from Lagna and 2nd to Surya ,a maraka place and Budha is also afflicted by the association of debilitated Kethu and aspect of Rahu ,Kuja and afflicted,debilitated Chandra.Also Budha is in a nakshatra of Krittika ruled by Surya again who is 12th to him and being in Mrita avastha ,this antara dasa of Budha in Surya Dasa made him to defeat in a war with western forces.The western ground forces started attacking exactly on 16th Jan. and it was in the antara dasa of Budha and its pratyantara itself. >From 15-2-1993 Chandra dasa started and Chandra is afflicted and debilitated,this complete Dasa he was humiliated and the country's people were suffering too much.Chandra is in 6th from lagna being the 2nd lord he was placed in 8th from Surya and it is during this Antara Saddam Hussain is under deep trouble which is running from 16-8-2002 till 15-2-2003. Guest guest Posted January 8, 2003 Report Share Posted January 8, 2003 Dear M.Imran, Thank you for the comments.You know as I am living in Kuwait from past 19 years,I was asking many Kuwaitis about the birth time of Saddam Hussain.Many of them told me somewhere in the morning.But 2 of my colleagues told me it may be around 8 to 8-45 AM.Then when I looked at Dec.issue of Express Star Teller Magazine,there was an article about Saddam Hussain by Sri K.N.Rao and there he quoted his time of birth as 8-15 AM and then I started rectifying his birth time and finally arrived at the figure stated in my last message.Then I cast his chart and started analysing and got almost same resultsabout his previous life,like when he became the ruler of Iraq,when he started war with Iran etc.So finally arrived at the conclusion given in my last mesage.Now we have to see the future. Now let us come to the Dasa system ( Vimshottari ).During Shukra dasa which ran between 15-12-1967 and 15-12-1987 ,he became the ruler of Iraq.Shukra is in 10th exalted with 9th lord Shani and Shukra is in the nakshatra of Revathi ruled by Budha who is in Shukra's sign aspected by 10th lord Guru.From 17-6-1970 to 17-6-1971 Surya;s antara was going on and it is during this period he became the ruler of Iraq.From 17-4-1977 to 17-12-1979 Guru's antara was running and Guru being in the nakshatra of Uttarashada ruled by Surya who is in 11th exalted,to gain more power he started war with Iran This war continued for more than 10 years ans Surya Dasa started in 15-12-1987 and ran till 15-2-1993.Again during this Dasa as Sun exalted in 11th ,house of gains he thought of increasing his power by attacking Kuwait and this happened during Surya Dasa- Shani's antara and Chandra's pratyantara.Shani is the 8th and 9th lord placed in 10th in the nakshatra of Uttarabhadra ruled by himself only and Chandra who is in trine with Shani ,also in a nakshatra of Anuradha ruled by Shani only.So it is during this period on August 2,1990 Iraq attacked Kuwait.Between 4-12-1990 and 10-10-1991 under Surya dasa ,Budha's antara was running and Budha being lagna lord and 4th lord placed in 12th from Lagna and 2nd to Surya ,a maraka place and Budha is also afflicted by the association of debilitated Kethu and aspect of Rahu ,Kuja and afflicted,debilitated Chandra.Also Budha is in a nakshatra of Krittika ruled by Surya again who is 12th to him and being in Mrita avastha ,this antara dasa of Budha in Surya Dasa made him to defeat in a war with western forces.The western ground forces started attacking exactly on 16th Jan. and it was in the antara dasa of Budha and its pratyantara itself. >From 15-2-1993 Chandra dasa started and Chandra is afflicted and debilitated,this complete Dasa he was humiliated and the country's people were suffering too much.Chandra is in 6th from lagna being the 2nd lord he was placed in 8th from Surya and it is during this Antara Saddam Hussain is under deep trouble which is running from 16-8-2002 till 15-2-2003. Kuja Dasa will commence from 15th from February and its Antara dasa will be running till 14-7-2003.Kuja is 6th and 11th lord a dire malefic for this chart also retrograde and is afflicted by the association of his enemy Rahu who is debilitated and thereby this Dasa will prove fatal to him.This Dasa is the 7th Dasa in his life and as it indicates naidhana ,there is every possibility of his death by murder or by suicide is predicted.Now under Kuja dasa- Kuja's Antara- Kuja's pratyantara- Kuja's sookshma antara dasa will run between 15-2-2003 and 24-2-2003 and from 19-2-2003 to 21-2-2003 (till 1-03 AM ) Budha's Prana Antara dasa will run.Now coming to transits on 21st of feb.2003 Shani ® will be in Sthambhana (Stationary ) in Vrishabha where natal Budha is there and is with transit Rahu aspected by Kuja and Kethu.Kuja will be almost same degree as that of Shani.So it is evident that during this day of 21st Feb.by night 1AM American forces will attack Iraq.But transit Guru will be aspecting his Natal Guru which is in 8th which is a Jeeva karaka ,Saddam will not be killed but he may escape to some other country is possible. >From 14-7-2003 till 1-8-2004 Rahu's Antara in Kuja's dasa will run and this period will be detrimental to his life and may end of his life during this sub period.
