Sorry, I just realized that you were talking about the Chaitra Sukla

Pratipat chart and not the annual Full Moon chart. Still, the

question remains - why that particular date?

Dear Narasimha Ji,

We were discussing this with Dr.Brendan Feeley sometime in oct 2002.The three

messages are attached.I came to that date with respect to DC Chetra pratipat

chart and transits.Also could you please look at the underlined in message no.3

and give your views.

The war rhetoric will increase from Jan 07,2003 when Mars will enter Scorpio

where Ven and Natal Ketu will already be there. The war will be declared on

22rd Feb 2003 at about 1743EST.Sat will turn direct that day.Vimshotaari dasha

is our perception of what is on his mind.(AL)The 10th from Lagna and 10th from

AL has presence or rashi aspect of three malefics, Gulika and Mandi.The

preception and the truth is the same .The majority (people all over the world

and not USA only)people see him as combatative,vengeful,stubborn and secretive

(rahu).

 

The two Upachaye lords from AL that is 10th and 11th lords(Moon and Sun)have

gone to the 6th house house of ememies and another Upachye.The 10th house

represents the Head of the State,In this case the President .Therefore he will

be successful in his war effort.He is protected also because of Jupiter Rashi

aspecton Sun and Moon.

to look at the first full Moon in Aries and this is what Sanjay prefers.

 

Jagmeet, can you look at this full Moon in Aries for both DC and Bhagdad and

compare to Chaitra Sukla Pratipat if you are up to it. It should be a good

exercise for us. Don't forget to look at the 3rd and 6th from AL and A6 to see

who is going to win and what kind of ammunition is going to be used... in both

charts!! We can learn a lot.

 

And use the vargas with liberty.

 

Rosemary, As Jagmeet pointed out, the Chaitra Sukla Pratipat applies to the

destiny of the country as Washignton, DC is the Capitol. I used that chart for

the sniper as we had non other.

Full Moon in Aries for both DC and Bhagdad and compare to Chaitra Sukla Pratipat

charts for 2002 for the two cities are given below:

 

Lagna Nakashtra deity-Yama for BagdadLagna Nakastra deity -Indra for DC.Who is

going to prevail is the question?

 

Ketu in scorpio in lagna makes USA aggressive and with moon in 12th house and

Jup aspecting 2nd house with Rashi and Graha aspect forms Subhkartari Yoga for

the Lagna.Good for USA.But rasi aspect of 5 grahas from Taurus to 12 house of

both Lagna and AL dosen't seem to be good omen for USA and the President

specially because both will not find the war to be as easy as everyone

thinks.It will be better if USA prepares for a long drawn affair.AL lord has no

planets in 6,8 or12 which does make the chart for DC strong.

 

 

 

War or no war,Saddam Hussein will survive.Look at Jup and Moon the two benifics

Rasi aspecting 12 and 2 of 10th house(house of Head of the State) also A10,AL

for Saddam has Rashi aspect of Jupiter.Though 5 planets are aspecting 10th

house but one of them is Saturn which happens to be the AK for the country and

Lagna lord for the head of the state,which will teach lessons but not kill. I

had written this just after your last e-mail but I got side tracked as I

satrted looking at the charts of Delhi and Islamabad for 2002 as these two

countries are in prepetual state of conflict.They are also attached.The charts

are same up to D20 Lagnas and planets.So these charts may not be good for

countries which are close to each other or is there somthing which I am

missing?

 

The charts for 1971,for Delhi and Islamabad are also same though India decidedly

had the better of Pakistan.Tithi Pravesh charts article by Shri PVR on Indo/Pak

PS.I was listening to your WCC lecture on Shoola Dasa today and I tried to apply

it to Chart of Bagdad to AL for Saddam(108/12=30 days per sign)(I don't even

know if it can be used).If the USA attacks early Jan 2003,then with the shoola

dasa of Taurus,trine to AL of Saddam may be a dangerous period for him.Rudra

and Maheswara happen to be same ie Venus
