Dear Vikrant,

 

Rahu is in the 2nd house of finances. The significator of finances is Moon. Lord

of the 2nd house is Mars. Rahu is sama (neutral) to Moon (using compound

relationships) and adhisatru (extremely inimical) to Mars. His neutral

relationship to significator makes him give some results, but his bad

relationship to the lord restricts significantly and gives bad results in the

end. As Rahu is in a prishthodaya rasi, the main financial problems come in the

second half of the antardasa. Because malefic planets give the results of their

placement in the middle one-third, this must be when the financial problems

started. In particular, Mercury PD in Rahu AD may have triggered negative

events.

 

Jupiter has a subhargala on the 2nd house of finances and will try to help

finances. He is neutral to the significator of the 2nd house and adhimitra

(extremely friendly) to the significator of the 5th house of power (Sun). In

addition, Sun and Moon (karakas of the houses stationing Jupiter and receiving

Jupiter's argala) are also adhimitras and they will co-operate well. Thus

Jupiter will improve finances through favors from authorities or through the

use of power (benefic planets give the results of their state - exaltation etc

- in the middle one-third of their periods).

 

Even though the first one-third of Jupiter AD will see some progress, the real

progress will come in the middle one-third, when the result of Jupiter's

exaltation is given. Especially, out of Ketu, Venus and Sun PD's, Venus will be

good (subha argala on 2nd), but Sun PD will really trigger good financial

developments (summer 2004).

 

Going to Narayana dasa, you are running the Gemini dasa from May 1994 to May

2004. The results of Gemini are given in the first one-third. The middle

one-third (Sept 1997-Jan 2001) gives the results of its lord Mercury. This

period is pretty good. The last one-third gives the results of Saturn and Mars

who aspect Ge. This is not so good. Both are in marana karaka sthana.

 

Libra dasa will start in May 2004. From Libra, most planets are well-placed in

the natal chart and dasa pravesha chart. It will be a pretty good dasa.

Especially the middle one-third of this 7-year dasa will be quite good.

 

Overall, there should be marked improvement from around May-July 2004.

 

Coming to gems, avoid red coral. Mars is in marana karaka sthana. He is like

somebody who puts fire in his own house. Don't strengthen him by wearing a gem.

Yellow sapphire is ok, but it is not so good for career (Jupiter is in 8th from

10th). Probably pearl is the best.

 

Your 2nd and 10th lord Mars is in Chitra constellation ruled by Viswakarma. Pray

with the following mantras every morning (108 times each):

 

Om Hreem Viswakarmane Namah

Om Hreem Angaarakaaya Namah

 

Call me for the pronunciation of the first mantra as it is a little tough.

 

One final word: In order to be free from karmic debt, it is a good idea for you

to offer me dakshina (voluntary donation) within your budget limits. My

preferred approach is this: Go to a nearby Subrahmanya/Kartikeya or Hanuman

temple (or any other temple if they are not available). Make a small donation

[vedic astrology] Please Help...

Dear Narasimha P.V.R. Rao JI and lerned members,Please help me to understand my

problem ( Financially)Name: Suvir Vikrant SinghD.O.B: 04th may 1967T.O.B: 04:28

a.mP.O.B: ChandigarhSir,As per my chart I was going through rahu antardasa in

the mahadasa of Saturn. I had a really good first part of Rahu antardasa but

the latter part was all losses. What is the nature of Rahu in my chart who is

placed in the 2nd houses of finance and is afflicting mercury closely? Also now

I just entered Jupitor antardasa recently who is placed in 5th house and is lord

of Ascendent and 10th house of career and profession. It is exalted being in

cancer but since it is less than 4 degres, does it make it week? Also it's

dispositor moon is placed in 12th house. Does that make it week? If so, can you

sir, please prescribe some remedial methods? I am also confused about the gem i

should use. Should it be pearl for moon or Yellow saphire for jupitor to

strenghen or any mantra or havan i could do to propitiate any planet? Please

recommend sir. It will be a great help.Thanks.Vikrant Singh
