Another chart with a strong DKY? or is it something else

sorry to bother you once again with the much beaten topic of DKY.

This is another chart (a close friend of mine) wehre lagna lord is in

10th, 10th in 9th and 9th in lagna. Is it a DKY? or perhaps something

better. The guy is very smart and intelligent.
