Guest guest Posted November 16, 2002 Report Share Posted November 16, 2002 Dear Ramadas Rao, At the time were it was made available, respected Narasimha Rao (the author) specifically requested not to distribute this version beyond it's (then) distributed limits. Some people did not respect that request and the program was withdrawn. I assume that most respectable members who poses the program will obey Narasimhas old request and therefore I suggest that you ask him directly.
