I had the same trouble - same planetary positions except possibly dashamsha and realised some time ago that Lakshmi was not pleased. I found the remedy myself. I was getting money from others with some facility, but turning it into my own debts. Sun Dasha recently started has not only brought the relief you described, but also, thanks to Saturn and Jupiter transits in my chart, has brought plenty of it. The tendency to overspend is still there so I have to be aware of it. Also shouldn't the mantra be Om Lakshmyai namah to be grammatically correct.
