Dear Chandrashekhar,

Thankyou for replying.My comments on what you wrote are stated below:

Each of Lords name would describe a particular qualitiy,that is why so many

names,for each of his quality that he is worshiped for.We worhsip different

avatars or forms of the same Lord on different occasions for this reason

itself.His different qualities are prayed to on different occasions for

different reasons even though they are all part of him.

Each sound has a vibration to it,the vibrations effect the vibrations of your

body.This is the reson why names are kept in accordance to the janam patri so

that there is harmony.The change of name would be an action done to make an

effort in bringing about change so you could say would fall in the 30 percent

which is our will to make an effort towards change.

I completely agree with you how ever that it would definately not chnage the

horoscope but due to the above explanations some change may be possible.

If anyone caould tell me more about the principles of change of name in detial I

would be great full.

Dear Kanupriya,

The Lord in his essence is without beginning or end,without form and without

attachment.He encomppases every being without in any way being attached to his

creations.The names we give him are our interpretation of form as visualised by

Us.The lord had told Arjuna that "You will not be able to see my all

encompassing form and hence I am giving you special sight in order for you to

be able to see my Primordal form".

 

In sofar as the name from rasis is concerned,specific letters are alloted to

position of moon in rasis and in ancient times progeny was named accordingly. I

personally think that we give less credit to the knowledge and management

systems of which our forefathers were capable of.I think that this was their

way of ensuring that a person born Hindu will be able to consult his astrologer

in times of distress even if he didnot know his own horoscope.This is again why

Gocharphal system is based on Gochar planets with regards to Moon.

 

Similar datamanagement you will find in nadijyotish where the thumb marks lead

the reader of nadi to the correct volumes in which your prediction would be

written amongst hundreds of volumes. Unfortunately many think that predictions

are based on thumb impressions.

Dear List Members

The advise for change of Name is given by those who practice Numerology.

The idea in changing your name is to Make it harmonious with your Date of

Birth. Usually CHEIRO,s method is used. Astrologically, it has no

signification, as change of name will change your chart/fate
