re-location

Is it correct that a chart needs to be re-cast when someone re-

locates, eg, from India to the USA ??

 

Is it as simple as using new co-ordinates for the same birth date /

time ?

 

for prediction does one use the new chart only and never refer to the

original natal chart ??
