Guest guest
Dear members of the list, Just look Phaladeepika 4, 5: "All planets are strong when they are in exaltation. The Moon is strong and auspicious when she has her full Paksha Bala AND THE SUN WHEN HE HAS HIS FULL DIG BALA, etc." If we take in account the luminosity, Sun has his full dig bala at his culmination, when he is placed on the meridian. So, to use this criterium, we have to take in consideration the sripathi houses (or any quadrant house system). In fact, this criterium has nothing to see with houses as such. Only with rising, culminating, setting, ante-culminating. The Greeks (Vettius Valens) did like that. What is your feeling? Thank you for your help Denis
