Guest guest
Dear Ognjen, The basic principle in reading any Hindu text by sages is that if you find any apparent contradiction you have think deeper and rationalise the apparent contradiction. For example, yes Bhavadhipati aspecting Bhava is always good.So in the case where he is in 7th house his aspect on the Lagna(Ascendant) would bode well for the 1st Bhava results. Now let us see what happens to 7th Bhava when Lord of the ascendant is posited in 7th Bhava. If the Lord of ascendant is Mars his placement in 7th indicate lack of marital harmony, divorce or death of spouse, he will be more trouble some as he would also be the lord of the 8th. In case of say Jupiter what happens is when he is placed in 7th as he gets Kendradhipati Dosha he gives bad result for Sagitarius or Pisces Ascendant as when in 7th he is not in his own house but that of Mercury who again is a strong Markesh for these lagnas.Plus Jupiter in 7th , with his ability of giving bad results inof the house in which he is posited destroys marital hapiness and many a times gives multiple marriages. You try placing different planets in 7th and see the effects on 7th Bhava. Where you are comiting a mistake is you are applying that which is true for 1st Bhava(Being the Bhava aspected by Bhavadhip) to entire horoscope. Hope this clears any confusion. Guest guest
Dear Gurus I am learning astrology.I have been going through the postings and am getting immensely enriched with knowledge.I thought that the best way of learning astrology is to analyse ones own horoscope and relate the analysis (predictions) with past experience. Now comming to the drishti (aspects) which I gathered from lessons posted in www..org, I find that drishti has special significance.A benevolent planet aspecting a malefic planet would make the malefic benevolent (?). I have leo ascendant with Venus,Moon and Ketu in Taurus;Jupiter (Retrograde) in Cancer;Saturn (Retrograde) and Rahu in Scorpio;Mars in Capricorn;sun and mercury in Aries in Rasi Chakra. My D.O.B is 14 April 1956,Place of birth is Chennai (Madras),India,Time of birth is 15:30 hrs (IST).Longitude 80E17,Latitude 13N04. Venus,Moon and Ketu aspect the seventh bhava i.e.Saturn (Retro) and Rahu and in turn Rahu and saturn aspect the seventh bhava (Venus,Ketu and Moon). Moon is waxing here. Please make me knowledgeable that in such circumstances, how the Venus,Moon ,saturn would behave because there is a mutual seventh bhava aspects.I look forward to your guidance. thanks and regards Ananthakrishnan vedic astrology, "Chandrashekhar" <boxdel> wrote: > Dear Ognjen, > The basic principle in reading any Hindu text by sages is that if you find any apparent contradiction you have think deeper and rationalise the apparent contradiction.
